A cotton towelling material is constructed with a looped pile for a polyurethane foam backing to be applied to adhere to the ends of the pile loops. - Alternatively a transparent plastic film can be applied in the same way. - The fabric is soft and flexible, and may be used for sport and leisure clothing, while air can circulate between the fabric and backing.
