A glass-filled poly(arylene sulfide) composition having an improved weldline strength is achieved by the use of at least one organosilane selected from (I) the group consisting of aminosilane, mercaptosilane and polysulfide organosilane, and (II) at least one epoxysilane. A filler is also present. Tensile strength as measured on test bars molded with a double end-gated mold is a means to evaluate weldline strength. |
