PURPOSE:To contrive to shorten molding cycle by providing the moving means in which an insert hole is provided on the side of a template at the stationary side of a mold, and then the insert fed on an axis is held there and is set in an insert position. CONSTITUTION:An insert 9 is moved onto the central axis of a central pin 11 and an insert-holding bush 17 through an insert hole 18 in the state where said insert is nipped with insert object-holding part 20 by an air cylinder simultaneously with the mold-opening in the process of mold-opening in a molding cycle. While a product is taken out, an oil cylinder 15 is operated, and the insert-holding bush 17 is advanced. The insert 9 is fitted into the depression 23 of the insert-holding bush 17. An air cylinder rod 19 is retracted and the oil cylinder 15 is further advanced simultaneously with mold-closing process, and then the central pin 11 is fitted into the part of the inner diameter of the insert 9, whereby the mold-closing is finished. |
