PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dewing caused by drying of an indoor heat exchanger when a refrigerant flow rate is throttled by a capillary tube. SOLUTION: An air volume of an outdoor fan for cooling a heat exchanger of an outdoor unit at two stages based on an atmospheric temperature T0 and a target frequency Ft of an indoor unit. Normally, a cooling fan is operated at 'Lo' to suppress a decrease in a cooling capability. When an atmospheric temperature exceeds a temperature T1, it is switched to 'Hi', but when it is judged that a heat exchanger of an indoor unit is judged to easily occur in a dry state from the atmospheric temperature, a coil temperature of an indoor heat exchanger, a compressor temperature and an operating time of the compressor, the 'Hi' region is switched to the 'Lo' region to prevent storage of liquefied refrigerant in the exchanger of the outdoor unit, thereby preventing drying of the exchanger of the indoor unit. |
