METHOD FOR PRODUCING NATURAL TYPE PHOSPHATIDYLINOSITOL AND MODIFIED PHOSPHOLIPASE D THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a natural type phosphatidylinositol and a modified phospholipase D therefor.

SOLUTION: A modified type phospholipase D containing an amino acid sequence in which an amino acid residue at 187 position of the amino acid sequence composed of a specific sequence is an arbitrary amino acid and an amino acid residue at 191 position is tyrosine and an amino acid residue at 385 position is arginine or its mutant is reacted with a raw material phospholipid and inositol or its derivative to specifically produce 1(3) type phosphatidylinositol or its derivative.
