PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain gutter body device suitable for the high-standard pavement employing draining pavement in place of the dense grain pavement of a surface layer on the conventional superhighway. SOLUTION: A required number of penetrating water flow holes are bored on a steel drain trough frame body located in contact with a dense grain pavement layer between the draining pavement layer and a track bed board below it at both drain sections of a roadway for the draining pavement in place of the conventional dense grain pavement on the high-standard road. The rainwater or the like infiltrating into the draining pavement layer is drained into the steel drain trough frame body.
