PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support method, a support apparatus and a support system for joint purchase of land capable of selling securely wide land owned by persons who want to sell the land and also attaining easily conditions desired by persons who want to purchase the land. SOLUTION: In the method, information on land for sale invited from the persons who want to sell the land is disclosed to recruit applicants for a joint purchase of the land for sale. A purchaser group is organized by persons who have agreed to a land partition plan with adjusting partitions of the land for sale among multiple persons who want the joint purchase, moreover, sales and purchases of the land are performed between groups and the persons who want to sell the land. The method is the system capable of connecting the apparatus to a terminal on a side of the persons who want the joint purchase via a communication network. |
