PURPOSE:To cause constant self evolution of heat and carry out a load test of high accuracy by controlling the value of the product of the voltage and current applied to an obect to be tested so as to be made constant by a controlling transistor. CONSTITUTION:Electric power is supplied to an object 1 to be tested from a power source device 7 of high voltage and high current via a controllng transistor (TR)8. The voltage applied to the object 1 is detected by a voltage detecting amplifier 4, and the current flowed is detected by a current detecting amplifier 3 via a shunt 2. The detected value is multiplied by a multiplier 5, and instantaneous electric power is obtained as the product thereof. The output of the multiplier 5 is applied to one input of a comparator 6. Reference voltage 9 is applied to the other input of the circuit 6. The output of the circuit 6 performs controlling of the internal resistance of the TR8, and as a result, constant electric power is applied at all time to the object 1. |
