TONER COMPOSITION AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure-fixing toner composition with high powder fluidity and high blocking and impact resistances by melting and kneading 3 kinds of binding resin components having different glass transition temps. and by finely pulverizing the kneaded material after cooling. CONSTITUTION:A toner composition is manufactured by melting and kneading >=1 kind of amorphous block or graft copolymer (A) consisting of a hard component having >=40 deg.C glass transition temp. and a soft component having <=0 deg.C glass transition temp. by about 7-70wt% to the total amount of the binding resins, >=1 kind of amorphous resin (B) having >=50 deg.C glass transition temp. and high compatibility with the hard component of A by about 20-80wt% to the total amount, and >=1 kind of crystalline resin (C) having >=60 deg.C m.p. and no compatibility with the hard component of A and the component B by 5-50wt% to the total amount and by finely pulverizing the kneaded material after cooling.
