<p>The system has a data processing device (14) for receiving dispensing data via electronic data connections e.g. Internet (22) and telephone network (26) using online-banking or telephone-banking. The data includes an identification of a client account and an amount of net pay. The data processing device is programmed such that the cash is dispensed after identification of an owner of the client account at an automated teller machine based on the dispensing amount by an input device of the automated teller machine.
