PROCESS FOR PREPARING NANOFIBER USING DOUBLE NOZZLE

A manufacturing method of nanofiber using double fluid-nozzles is provided to be mass produced by increasing a discharging rate compared with a single fluid-nozzle and to be continuously radiated. A manufacturing method of nanofiber comprises steps of: discharging a water soluble polymer blocking a nozzle in electrospinning or forming droplet to an interior nozzle of double fluid-nozzles; and discharging the polyethylene oxide to an outer nozzle of the double fluid-nozzles. The water soluble polymer discharged to the interior nozzle is one or more selected from polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), hyaluronic acid(HA) and chitosan. A discharge velocity of the water soluble polymer is 1-4 time of the discharge velocity of the polyethylene oxide.
