PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component junction box wherein connection is prevented from being released with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The electronic component junction box 2 includes: a unit body 11 having an electronic component accommodating part 21 which accommodates an electronic component 3 in its inside from an opening, and a wire accommodating part 22 accommodating wires electrically connected to the terminal of the electronic component 3 accommodated in the electronic component accommodating part 21; and a conductive grounding member 12 which grounds the grounding terminal of the electronic component 3. The grounding member 12 integrally includes: a connection part 12a electrically connected to the grounding terminal of the electronic component; a cover part 12b to cover the opening of the electronic component receiving part 21; locking parts 12c, 12d to lock the cover part 12b to the body side locking part 27 of the unit body so as to lock it to the unit body 11; a bending preventing part 12e to prevent the body side locking part 27 from bending in the releasing direction of locking to the locking parts 12c, 12d; and a grounding part 12f to ground the connection part 12a by being fixed to a counter-member.
