PURPOSE:To reset all equipments to be controlled without fail, by providing a switching control circuit which inhibits an interruption of selection control from a monitoring controller while an electronic computer exercises selection control over circuits to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A control center unit 3 is provided with a switching control circuit 31, which inputs a switching signal 2b from a controller 2 and a switching inhibition signal 1b from a computer 1. The signal 1b is outputted from the computer 1 in such a time zone that when the computer outputs a selection control signal 1a to selectively input conditions of equipments to be controlled, a circuit 22 is switched to a device 2 to possibly leave some device to be controlled unreset. On inputting the signal 2b, the circuit 31 outputs a switching signal 31a to the switching circuit 22 under the condition that the signal 1b is not outputted. When the signal 2b is inputted and the signal 1b is also inputted, the circuit 31 locks the output of the signal 31a. The circuit 22 inputted the signal 31a is switched from the computer 1 to the device 2. |
