The present invention relates to a telematics control system. The telematics control system includes: a telematics unit including a modem unit to transmit vehicle information to an outside mobile communication channel; and a telematics center which transmits and receives, with respect to channel modification information, a message related to the channel state in a quick paging mode or a paging mode of a selected channel in accordance with communication environment information obtained from the telematics unit. |
