PURPOSE:To reduce misoperation by providing movable pointers which indicate a longitudinal image formation range for an original image under respective fixed scale plates, and moving one pointer to an invisible position when the other pointer is at a visible position. CONSTITUTION:Fixed scale plates 21 and 22 consist of a transparent part 2a and a white opaque part 2b. The width of the transparent part 2a corresponds to maximum copy width Xs (visible position) and pointers 51 and 52 or 51' and 52' when exceeding the maximum copy width Xs move to under the opaque parts 2b and can not be seen by an operator. Namely, they are at invisible positions. The pointers 51 and 52 are provided to a belt 57 extended between pulleys 54 and 55. The pulley 55 is rotated by a motor 58, which is driven according to the size of a form and magnification to vary the mutual distance between the pointers 51 and 52. |
