The disc is applied in machine building. It creates the possibility of adjusting the transferred driving torque and the efficiency coefficient is increased. The disc comprises two semi-discs (1 and 2), in which kidney-like grooves (8) and openings (10) are formed, connected movably tangentially between them through tangential elements (3). On the semi-discs (1 and 2), radial passage grooves (5 and 4) are formed. On the semi-disc (2), notching (7) is made along the opening centrally formed therein as well as slots for penetration of fluid (9) along its periphery. Control rods (6) are provided. According to one variant, the semi-discs (1 and 2) have inclined passage grooves (5 and 4).
