PURPOSE: A self-compensating dynamic balancer is provided to install a compartment member inside lace. Therefore, it is possible to suppress an interference between driving members, and to effectively suppress an internal vibration of a rotation body. CONSTITUTION: An upper body(120) is installed in a rotation body(110), and equips upper laces(125). The round-shape upper laces(125) are inserted into insides the upper body(120). A part of the round-shape upper laces(125) are partially opened. The first driving member(130) is movably installed insides the upper laces(125). An upper cover member(140) is combined with the upper body(120), and covers the upper laces(125). A lower body(190) is installed in the rotation body(110) to be positioned to a lower part of the upper body(120). Round-shape lower laces(195) are inserted into insides the lower body(190). A part of the round-shape lower laces(195) are partially opened. The second driving member(150) is movably installed in the insides the lower laces(195). A lower cover member(160) is combined with the lowe body(190), and covers the lower laces(195). Compartment members are installed insides the upper laces(125) and the lower laces(195), and controls moving ranges of the first driving member(130) and the second driving member(150).
