PURPOSE:To obtain a phase modulation circuit having circuit constitution with ease of circuit integration by providing a differential amplifier circuit receiving a timing signal and a reference voltage, a limiter circuit receiving the output and an identification circuit giving phase modulation to a transmission signal. CONSTITUTION:The pulse width and amplitude of an output signal 4 out of a differential amplifier circuit 4 are fluctuated corresponding to the change in a reference voltage VREF at an input terminal 3 and the limiter circuit 5 rejects the amplitude fluctuation. In order to identify the transmission signal at the leading of a timing signal 2 by the identification circuit 6, a delay T in the leading time of a timing signal caused by a pulse width fluctuation is sent as it is to an output signal 6out of the circuit 6. Even when an optional modulation signal is inputted to the input terminal 3 of the differential amplifier circuit 4, the transmission signal applied with a relevant phase modulation is obtained from the output signal 6out of the identification circuit 6. |
