PURPOSE: A rotary heater with humidifier device is provided to achieve a comfort heating by preventing the indoor area from being dried. CONSTITUTION: A rotary heater comprises a radiation cylinder(60) for absorbing the combustion heat generated from a burner(51) and transfers radiant heat to the external area; a safety mesh(55) installed at the periphery of the radiation cylinder; and a humidifying container(65) fixed to the safety mesh and which has the radiation cylinder attached to the bottom of the humidifying container, such that the water stored within the container is evaporated by the heat transferred from the radiation cylinder. The radiation cylinder has a plurality of heat transfer holes formed at the upper surface of the radiation cylinder, and is fixed to the bottom surface of the humidifying container through a bracket(68) in such a manner that a predetermined spacing is formed between the humidifying container and the radiation cylinder. An over flow unit(80) for storing the water flowing over from the humidifying container, is arranged outside the safety mesh. A cap(70) with a plurality of vapor discharge holes is mounted on the humidifying container.
