<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable security control of a door body to be carried out by a control part of an opening and closing machine of an opening and closing body in an opening and closing apparatus for building having the opening and closing body for opening and closing based on driving of the opening and closing machine accompanied by operation of an operating tool on the outside of a door body for opening and closing. <P>SOLUTION: The door body 8 has a door body proximity switch 9 detecting a full closing state of the door body and outputting a full closing detection signal of the door body, A control part 6 of the opening and closing machine 3 to which an operation signal from an operation switch 5 of a shutter device is inputted has a door body security means for carrying out security operation to judge that absence of the full closing detection signal of the door body is to forcibly open the door body 8, and a security operation regulating means for regulating security operation accompanied by absence of input of the opening detection signal of the door body based on predetermined operation of the operation switch 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
