The present invention relates to a microparticle for a bioassay and a method for manufacturing the same, using mask patterning, spotting and imprinting processes, wherein the bioassay has a probe area and an encoder area, which are not separated and overlappingly formed in the same substrate. According to the present invention, real-time PCR can be applied, and accurate quantification and recognition with respect to genetic information analysis is thus possible.
