APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR METERING AND MIXING LIQUIDS IN ARBITRARY MASS PROPORTIONS A method and apparatus is provided for obtaining mixtures in predetermined proportions of a primary liquid and secondary liquid while the stagnation pressure and mass flow of the primary liquid are varying. The apparatus comprises a passive device having a passageway extending therethrough. A first section of the passageway for receiving the primary liquid has a decreasing area. A second section of the passageway for receiving the secondary liquid has an area substantially equal to the minimum area of the first section.
