PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure welding blade applicable for a very thin wire that can make the possible range of setting slot width that is determined by the pressure welding test wider than the tolerance range arising from manufacturing tolerance and that can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: In this pressure welding blade 23 applicable for a very thin wire, a part of the right and left side wall part 31 opposing each other of the pressure welding part 25 having a vertical cross section of nearly U-shape is formed protruded partially toward inside in nearly V-shape by punching press. And the right and left contacting areas of the pressure welding blade 23 with the core wire of the cable are set to be such a value (0.15 mm2 or more) that the possible range of setting the slot width that is determined by the pressure welding test may become larger than the tolerance range arising from manufacturing tolerance.
