PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for control operation of a rental machine which can correctly even the rental machine. SOLUTION: This system is characterized as follows. Information of cumulative operation time is taken from a warehoused rental machine. The cumulative operation time of the rental machine stored in a storage 24 is updated. Maintenance information, which shows whether maintenance work is completed or not after warehouse, is stored corresponding with the cumulative operation time. The plural numbers of cumulative operation time of the rental machine stored in the storage 24 is arranged in ascending order and they are outputted from an output device 26 with the maintenance information.
