FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to service machine of aluminium electrolytic cell for metal tapping of electrolytic cells and transportation of ladles. Machine contains moving chassis, in front part of which there is a driver's cabin, in a rear part there is engine compartment with power plant, and in the central part there is a bucket lifting mechanism with two hydraulic cylinders, installed between the chassis and the lifting levers, upon that there is a bucket with removable cover, which is dangled on the axles to lift levers, on the cover of the bucket there is a tapping pipe, and control system of tapping, chassis, installed at least on four driving axles with controlled wheels with hydraulic drive and hydro-pneumatic suspension, upon that the bridges are fixed to the chassis on bearing supports, tapping control system comprises onboard compressor arranged in engine compartment and pneumatically communicated with reservoir for compressed air, attached on the chassis rear right, onboard compressor which is connected with vacuum ejector pump via pneumatic panel and valves, vacuum ejector pump installed on the cover of the bucket, connected with inner space of the bucket via sleeves of pneumatic system, on the upper beam of lifting mechanism there is a hydraulic cylinder which is mechanically connected with the cover of the ladle, tapping pipe mechanically coupled with lifting mechanism through a pneumatic cylinder, lifting mechanism is installed on strain gauges of stick type, which, through the analogue-to-digital converter are connected to the control unit of tapping and display, located in driver's cabin, upon that the control unit of tapping is connected with valves pneumatic panel.EFFECT: higher positioning accuracy, maneuverability and reducing time costs on metal tapping, higher reliability and simpler design.10 cl, 4 dwg |
