PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting paper holder which facilitates the cutting of a toilet paper by the movements of a movable shaft and a movable plate. SOLUTION: The setting of the paper is facilitated since the paper is placed from the top. When the paper is pulled out and cut, the movable plate moves forward/backward, and a force is applied to the movable plate on the inside by a force for cutting the paper, and the paper inside is held. Thus, the movable plate and the movable shaft are fitted to enable even a manually handicapped person in the hand to easily cut the paper. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
