JOB COOPERATIVE PROCESSING SYSTEM WITH ELECTRONIC MAIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a job processing requested by means of an optional and unregistered slave station side subscriber to be cooperarive by retrieving a start processing name in a job information definition table by means of the identifier of the job processing which is described in an electronic mail and starting the job processing. SOLUTION: A mail receiving situation monitoring part 4 reads a reception mail form an electronic mail transmission/reception processing part 3 at every fixed time. When the read reception mail is the start request of the job processing which is defined in the job information definition table 11, a reception mail format analyzing part 5 analizes the reception mail based on a reception mail analyzing format file 8 and generates a reception data file 7. A job processing system 10 started by a job processing start requiring part 9 inputs the reception data file 7 and outputs a transmission data file 13 and a transmission data generating situation monitoring part 15 inspects presence or absence of the transmission data file 13 at every fixed time. A transmission mail generating part 16 generates a transmission mail based on a transmission mail editing format file 14 corresponding to the transmission data file 13.
