The present invention relates to a printed circuit board separating device for a screen printer, capable of screen-printing an interested printed circuit board on a mask plate and then separating the board from the mask plate by dropping the board. The printed circuit board separating device comprises: a conveyor unit including a front conveyor supporting a side of a lower surface of the mask plate, a rear conveyor supporting the other side of the lower surface of the mask plate having a gap with the front conveyor controlled, and a conveyor belt installed inside the front and rear conveyors to move the printed circuit board; a backup unit including a backup plate installed in a lower part of the conveyor unit to be elevated, and a backup pin fixated to an upper part of the backup plate to support the lower surface of the printed circuit board when elevated; a clamping unit including an inner plate installed inside the front and rear conveyors to be able to move up and down, and a steel guide formed on the upper part of the inner plate to be attached and fixated to both ends of the printed circuit board by an operation of the rear conveyor; and a connection unit interlocked with a movement of the backup plate, attaching and fixating the printed circuit board to the mask plate by supporting the clamping unit to fixate the unit upwardly when the backup plate is elevated, and separating the printing circuit board from the mask plate by dropping the clamping unit when the backup plate is dropped. |
