KAGAMI-MOCHI CONTAINER AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a KAGAMI-MOCHI (round rice-cake) container by such a way that a release part is formed on the molding portion of a mold to make the diameter of the neck of this container made from a molding sheet to a specific ratio based on the maximum diameter of the upper part of the container so as to be seen like a two-layer with feeling of a double rice-cake. SOLUTION: This KAGAMI-MOCHI container is obtained by such a way that a release part 23A is formed on the molding portion of a mold 20 to make the diameter of the neck 4 of this container 1 made from a molding sheet by a plug and a pressurizing or depressurizing means 26 to 90-70% of the maximum diameter A of the upper part 2 of the container. The release part can be opened at pref. 20-50mm longitudinal and/or transversely relative to the moving direction of the molding sheet.
