PURPOSE:To provide the LED array which can prevent illuminance from being lowered and can make effectively uniform the illuminance. CONSTITUTION:This LED array is formed by serially arranging plural LED chips 1 on a substrate 2 and provided with a lens 3 on the upper faces of the LED chips 1 so as to successively change a refraction factor from the central part to the edge part in the lengthwise direction. The refraction factor of the lens 3 is changed so as to form it for reducing the curvature radius of the lens 3 from the central part to the edge part in the lengthwise direction and thus, the illuminance at the edge part of the LED array can be improved. |
