PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide voice communication equipment for reducing a voice delay and improving voice quality corresponding to a network environment of each call, a voice communication method and a voice communication network system. SOLUTION: The voice communication equipment for controlling the call between terminals installed at a plurality of bases and making voice communication be performed comprises: a voice communication management information storage means for storing voice communication management information having at least the voice compression system of voice signals and the transmission cycle of voice packets for each preset base; a voice communication control information decision means for deciding the voice compression system and the transmission cycle set in a calling terminal and a called terminal as voice communication control information according to a prescribed voice quality adjustment rule on the basis of the voice communication management information of a calling terminal base and the voice communication management information of a called terminal base; and a communication means for transmitting each voice communication control information decided by the voice communication control information decision means to the calling terminal and the called terminal.
