A process for preparation of compound with potential physiological properties of 1,1-diethylcarboxy-2-trifluoromethyl-2-(uridyl-1'-)-ethylene by reaction of nucleophilic substitution between uracil which acts as nucleophile and 1,1-diethycarboxy-2-chloro-2-trifluoromethylethylene, in molecule of which chlorine atom is activated by two diethylcarboxygroups in the system of anhydrous solvents (diethyl-dimethylformamide ether) in the presence of anhydrous triethylamine as dehalogenating agent.
