A drill for an implant operation is provided to suppress overheating on boring to thus prevent a necrosis of an alveolar bone and to reduce the count number of boring an alveolar bone, thereby reducing the amount of time for the implant operation. A drill(100) for an implant operation comprises: a drill body(111) which has a space(121) for holding the bones of the alveolar bones inside while boring a hole in the alveolar bones; plural cutters(115) which are formed on the end of the drill body in order to bore the alveolar bones when the drill body rotates; plural outlets(117) for the bone pieces, which are concaved on the surface of the drill body at a torsion angle to the circumference of the main body, and which guide the drain for the bone pieces generated on boring the alveolar bones.
