Synergistic selective herbicidal compsn. for cereal crops - contg. 1-amino -triazin-di:one deriv. and second herbicide

Selective herbicidal compsn. is a mixt. of the triazine deriv. of formula (I) and a second cereal herbicide (II), pref. at wt. ratio (I):(II) of 1:0.5-10 (1:0.5-5). For use as (II), 32 cpds. are specified e.g. QNH.CO.N(CH3)2 (Q is 3-chloro-4- methylphenyl, 4-isopropylphenyl or 3-chloro-4;methoxyphenyl), 5-(2,3-dichloroallyl or 2,3,3-trichloroallyl) diisopropylthiol- carbamate: methyl or isopropyl N-benzoyl-N-(3-chloro -4-fluorophenyl) 2-aminopropionate: 3,5-(diiodo or dibromo) 4-hydroxybenzonitrile or 4-(amino or N,N-isobutylimino) 6-tert.butyl-3-methylthio -as-triazin-5 (4H)-one. The mixt.has an esp.broad and synergistic activities esp. for pre- or post-emergence use in cereals, particularly wheat and barley. Generally the application rate is 0.5-5kg per hectare.
