PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of a transmission route without any deterioration of a transmission signal by synthesizing serial time data transmitted from a global positioning system(GPS) receiver to a load device with a 1PPS(pulse per second) signal. CONSTITUTION: Time information from a GPS receiver 3 connected to an antenna 2 for receiving a distance measuring radiowave from a plurality of satellites 1, is transmitted to a signal synthesizing section 7 through separate transmission routes 4 and 5 in such a state as separated into serial time data and a 1PPS signal as timing. The section 7 synthesizes the serial time data and the 1 PPS signal, so as to appear alternately without any cross talk, and the synthesized signal is outputted to one transmission route 8. This outputted synthesized signal is fed to a load device 6 such as a digital time unit via the route 8, and used for the indication or the like of a time. Also, even when a distance between the receiver 3 and the device 6 is long, the extension of only the route 8 is required, thereby reducing cost. |
