<p>PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of a consultation estimated time or wait time predicted by a simple means in an automatic reconsultation device. CONSTITUTION: Attribute data on patients are read out from a patient master file 14 by acceptance data inputted by a reconsultation acceptance data input means 12, the reference consultation times of the patients in an consultating medical department are read out from a reference consultation time table 17, and correction data corresponding to the attribute data of the patients are read out from a correction data table 19, and estimated consultation times are calculated by correcting the read reference consultation times with the correction data, and the consultation estimated times or consultation wait times by the patients are found from the estimated consultation times calculated by the patients whose consultations are accepted, and then reported to the patients. Further, the contents of the reference consultation time table 17 are updated on the basis of data on actual consultation times.</p> |
