PURPOSE: To obtain the document processor which can automatically be improved in character conversion efficiency as to a converted character that is temporarily converted in document preparing/updating operation as to the preparing/updating process of the document. CONSTITUTION: The document processor, having a document processing part 1 which has a function for conversion into a converted character string having an input character string as a reading according to the reading character string and a 1st conversion indication and creates and updates a document according to the input character string is provided with a word processing part 2 and a word storage part 3; and a character string pair of the reading character string converted by the document processing part 1 with a 1st conversion indication input and the corresponding converted character string are stored in the word storage part 3 and the word storage part 3 with the input character string when a 2nd conversion indication as to the input character string is inputted, thereby passing the converted character string stored corresponding to the input character string to the document processing part 1 as a conversion result. |
