<p>PURPOSE:To provide a vent piping structure for eliminating thermal stress in a steam piping passage. CONSTITUTION:A vent piping structure has a steam vent pipe 11 having an upward loop and a comparatively small diameter condensed water vent piping 12 having a horizontal loop smaller than that of the steam vent piping 11. The vent pipings are parallelly connected to a steam piping passage 3. In such a vent piping structure, stress due to such as thermal expansion in the steam piping passage can be effectively eliminated, and a steam trap for preventing steam hammer phenomenon is dispensed with. In the case of arranging the piping in a passage narrow in its width, the piping does not occupy large plane space.</p> |
