The channel searching method using a window picture screen of a PIP TV comprises steps of channel checking for detecting memorized channels when searching key is in, PIP transformation for displaying a channel to view in a main picture screen after transforming memorized channels to a PIP mode, and channel searching for displaying memorized channels in the window picture screen sequentially for a certain time, thereby providing an easy channel searching.
