COLLECTING DEVICE FOR OIL AND METALLIC PIECE

PURPOSE: To separately collect metallic pieces and oil mixed in a water solution. CONSTITUTION: A drum 10 is partially immersed in a mixture water solution WLS of metallic pieces and oil in a tank 1 and rotated by a motor 11 to convey oil LS containing metallic pieces. A metallic piece collecting means 3 consisting of a magnet 24 arranged in such a state to incline based on the rotation direction of the drum 10; and a scraper 25 arranged at the side edge of the drum 10 and positioned above the magnet 24 is arranged at the part, rotated in an up state, of the drum 10. The metallic pieces are moved in such a manner to be collected to the side edge of the drum 10 by means of a magnetic force by a magnet 24 and through drive of the drum 10 and removed by the scraper for collection. Oil WL containing a slight water solution from which the metallic pieces are removed is further conveyed by the drum. The oil is removed by a scraper 13 and contained in a separation tank 14, and separated into oil L and a water solution W for collection.
