PURPOSE: Provided are a natural wood wrapping sheet of unit wood grain with 0.2-0.25mm thickness and a wood roll of unit wood grain connected by the joint tape in length direction. The surface of these wood sheets and rolls are protected from dirts and discolored by the coated separable film and the 0.1mm thick unwoven cloth is attached to the back side of the roll. These thin wood grain sheets and rolls save 40-50% of natural wood and increase the production of the same unit pattern wood by 80-90%. The quality in wrapping is also enhanced because the product does not split during the wrapping process unlike the other existing products. CONSTITUTION: The sheets and rolls comprise: unit pattern woods(100) which are cut thin from natural wood with 0.2-0.25mm thickness; wrapping sheet being coated with detachable protecting film(200) which is peeled off when wrapping work is finished; a wood roll with continuous patterns, which consists of the above wrapping sheets connected in length-wise by the joint tape(400), and the unwoven cloth(300) of 0.1mm thickness being attached to the back side of the above wrapping sheet and the unit pattern wood(100) which makes the wood roll. |
