PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving apparatus for receiving plural systems of electric waves by a plurality of antennas that is capable of maintaining recep tion of a stable signal even in a case where a received signal is very weak and a receiving state is very bad. SOLUTION: When a received information reproducing state is deteriorated in an receiving apparatus comprising at least two antennas for receiving plural systems of airwaves, signal amplifying units for amplifying signals received by each of the antennas, a signal superimposing unit for superimposing each of the received signals amplified by the signal amplifying units, and a demodulating/reproducing unit for demodulating a signal from the signal superimposing unit to reproduce received information included in the airwave, at least one of a signal from the signal amplifying unit for amplifying deteriorated quality of reception signal and a signal from the signal amplifying unit for amplifying a signal including much noise is eliminated from the output signals.
