FIELD: explosives. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for production of bibasic powder (version 1) includes impregnation of nitrate-cellulose powder by nitroglycerine in aqueous solution of ethyl acetate in presence of powder, containing nitroglycerin, at the temperature of 50Ç70C for 1Ç4 hours. As nitrate-cellulose powder, fine-grained pyroxylin powder is used, and as powder containing nitroglycerin - ballistite powder. Then solution is decanted, mixture is filtered. Method for production of bibasic powder (version 2) includes preparation of suspension, which contains water, nitrate-cellulose powder and emulsifier, pouring of ethyl acetate at the temperature of 50C, increase of temperature up to 65-70C and mixing until disk-like elements of nitrate-cellulose powder are produced. Then temperature is increased up to 76-80C, and ethyl acetate is distilled till its residual content of 10Ç30 vol. %, temperature is reduced down to 50Ç70C, powder containing nitroglycerine is loaded, and nitrate-cellulose powder is impregnated with nitroglycerin in presence of protective colloid and powder, containing nitroglycerin. Afterwards residual content of ethyl acetate is distilled, mixture is fractionated. ^ EFFECT: even distribution of nitroglycerin in volume of powder granules. ^ 2 tbl, 2 ex |
