And the functional mark of a microcomputer for a document processing (magnification, reduction, scroll, etc.) on the initial picture of the display 9, and the functional mark of the microcomputer for the input/output device (a scanner, a printer, a display, a document box, etc.) of a document are instructed in an order to be processed with a mouse 19, etc. The above instruction is detected by a detecting means, and also, the completion of the instruction is detected by another detecting means, and the device corresponding to an instruction functional mark is operated in an indicated order based on the detection of the completion of the instruction.
