The present invention comprises the following steps of: (a) manufacturing a reference object and a test object; (b) storing the reference object and the test object in a first chamber and a second chamber to be connected to a fluid supply pipe; (c) supplying ultra-low temperature gas to the reference object and the test object to be filled; (d) determining whether a temperature of the reference object and the test object is equal to or less than a first setting temperature; (e) discharging the ultra-low temperature gas; (f) supplying outside air to the first chamber and the second chamber; (g) determining whether a temperature of the reference object and the test object is equal to or less than a second setting temperature; (h) stopping outside air to be supplied to the first chamber and the second chamber; (i) determining whether the number of supplying the ultra-low temperature gas reaches a set point; and (j) testing deformation or damage of the reference object and the test object.
