PURPOSE: To decide the mounting order of parts in a short calculating. time so that the mounting time of the parts can be made sufficiently shorter. CONSTITUTION: Firstly, a mounting area dividing process is performed to divide a mounting area on a substrate into a plurality of blocks (S1). In this process, the mounting area is divided into numeral small areas and adjacent small areas are combined into a plurality of blocks so that each block can contain 25 mounting points in accordance with the number of mounting points contained in each small areas. Then the order of mounting work between each block is found so that the sum total of the moving distance between each preceding block and succeeding block can become as short as possible (S2). Finally, the parts mounting order is decided against the mounting points in each block (S3). The parts mounting order is decided by finding the permutation in which an evaluation function, which is the length of the route obtained when the mounting points are connected in the parts mounting order decided in S3, becomes the minimum by using the stochastic optimization method. At the time of finding the permutation, the distance between each mounting point is parameterized. |
