PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end mill cutting method of a titanium alloy capable of obtaining an adequate cut surface without giving loads on the environment or generating abnormal wear of a tool. SOLUTION: After a titanium alloy 1 is immersed in a container 3 with water 2 filled therein, cutting oil atomized by compressed air from a nozzle 5 for mist is sprayed on a rotating end mill cutting tool 4, and water from another nozzle 6 for supplying cooling water is sprayed on the end mill cutting tool 4. At the same time, compressed air is fed from a nozzle 7 for compressed air which is immersed in water in the cutting direction with the amount of compressed air being 5-100 L/min and the size of bubbles being 5-80 mm, and the end-mill cutting is performed while spraying bubbles in water on the end mill cutting tool 4.
