PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay terminal board capable of replacing units without stopping a programmable controller system having a network connected with wirings, and eliminating the need to provide any surplus space or wirings or the like, and to provide a unit having the relay terminal board and a communicating function. SOLUTION: The unit (10) having a unit-side terminal board (11) to which external wiring is connected and a communicating function is provided with the relay terminal board (14) to be connected to the unit side terminal board (11) to be connected to the unit-side terminal board (11) freely attachably and detachably for connecting the external wiring to the unit-side terminal board (11).
