PURPOSE:To lighten the reverse load transmitted from a driven shaft and prevent early abrasion of a clutch plate by installing a unidirectional clutch connected to a driving source, between a boss part connected to the driven shaft and a driven part. CONSTITUTION:When an excessive reverse load is applied from an intermediate shaft 12 side by the application of engine brake, the number of revolution of a boss part 31 increases over the number of revolution of a clutch housing 22. Then, the transmission between the boss part 31 and a driven part 32 is eliminated by the action of a unidirectional clutch 35. Therefore, the reverse load is transmitted to the driven part 32 side through the contact surfaces 37 and 38 between the boss part 31 and an intermediate member 33. Since the capacity for power transmission is reduced in comparison with that between clutch plates 24 and 25, slip is generated between the contact surfaces 37 and 38, and the reverse load is absorbed and lightened. |
