<p>PURPOSE:To significantly reduce blinding of a filter by furnishing the filter for collecting particulates coaxially on the central part in the diameterical direction of a cyclone dust collecting cylinder to collect particulates in exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust emission control device is furnished with a cyclone dust collecting cylinder 1, a filter 2 arranged coaxially on the central part in the diametrical direction of the cyclone dust collecting cylinder 1 and a trapper 4 to collect particulates. From particulates in exhaust gas discharged from a diesel engine, exhaust gas is separated by centrifugal force in the cyclone dust collecting cylinder 1. The separated particulates are attached to the inwall surface of the cyclone dust collecting cylinder 1 or drop on the bottom part of the cyclone dust collecting cylinder 1 due to their dead weight. The remaining exhaust gas is collected by the filter 2 arranged on the central part in the diametrical direction of the cyclone dust collecting cylinder 1. Consequently, it is possible to reduce blinding of the filter 2 and to significantly reduce physical constitution.</p> |
